Google Ads specialists
Eight practitioners, each holding a maximum of four accounts. They build the campaigns, run the weekly calls and are accountable for the commercial result.
Brighthaven Digital was founded in 2017 by three Google Ads specialists who had spent a decade inside large network agencies, watching good account strategy get diluted by delivery models designed for margin rather than outcomes.
Google Ads changes materially every quarter. Match types behave differently, campaign types are retired, automation absorbs another manual control. Keeping genuinely current in it is close to a full-time job on its own — which is precisely why so many full-service agencies quietly fall behind on the platform they bill the most for.
We took the opposite bet: one platform, learned properly, by people who have been in it for years. Brighthaven has deliberately stayed at eighteen people, all of them practitioners with at least eight years of hands-on Google Ads experience. We cap the number of accounts each specialist holds, which means we turn down more work than we accept.
The trade-off is that we grow slowly. The upside is that our clients stay: our average relationship is now just over three years, and our oldest account has been with us since the month we opened.
These are written into our contracts, not just our website. If a prospective client needs us to break one of them, we decline the work.
We will not scale an account we cannot measure honestly. Fixing conversion tracking is unglamorous, feels unbillable, and is where most wasted Google Ads budget actually hides.
A percentage-of-spend model quietly pays an agency more for spending more of your money. We charge a flat retainer, publish it in the contract, and take no rebates or tool commissions.
If Performance Max is claiming credit for your brand traffic, we will say so — including when the reported return looks wonderful and someone internally is proud of it.
Google Ads account, conversion actions, tag containers, call tracking, landing pages. Yours from week one, with no exit fee and nothing held back as leverage.
Brighthaven runs on pods: a lead specialist, a measurement analyst and a conversion designer per client. The person you meet in the first call is the person in your account in month eighteen.
Eight practitioners, each holding a maximum of four accounts. They build the campaigns, run the weekly calls and are accountable for the commercial result.
Five analysts and a data engineer maintaining conversion tracking, CRM connections, consent configuration and the reporting layer every client shares.
Four designers and front-end developers building the landing pages and running the test programme that turns clicks into enquiries.
Which client did we tell to reduce their budget last year? What did we get wrong? Can we show you a real audit, redacted? We would rather have an honest forty-five minutes about whether we fit than a polished hour that leads nowhere.
